Logo Design Brief

professional looking logo for a company that services properties in DC, Maryland & Virginia, called Next Level Property Services. that can be used in various sizes and formats. I would like to end up with a logo in a square size as well as a rectangular size. I would also like it to be done in color (I am thinking blue and brown but am open to other ideas) and black and white with clear backgrounds.

The company will offer a variety of professional services for commercial shopping centers, office buildings, and apartment buildings. We work for landlords to provide them with extermination, lighting replacement, snow removal and other basic upkeep items to assist in the management of their properties.

The final design should communicate reliability, protection of property and attention to detail
