Through vocational training, wellbeing programs and support for acute conditions such as burnout, YBC provides people with the tools they need to continue on the road to a meaningful, fulfilling and successful career. Important elements for this logo include incorporating the yellow road, the name, the colour yellow and our four key areas of organisational and personal growth: direction, courage, heart and brain.
