Illustration Design Brief

I am open to all kind of cool ideas and illustrations.

I represent a fancy, exquisit hotel in Portugal with some buildings and a wonderful garden. Since we want to sell this property, we want to make an expose.
I want to include to this expose a map, outline or illustration which represents the hotel and the property in its beauty to get people interested or rather fascinated. It does not have to be a drawing with all details.
Again, it´s a hotel of a 5* level, so I need something perfect in the end.
I drew by hand a map of the property which is on a mountain.
