Logo Design Brief
We need a new logo design for rebranding the Halifax Oceans Film Festival or HOFF.
The goal of the film festival is to educate and inspire individuals about ocean and coastal issues that are ongoing in the world around us. It is our hope that the festival will instil a sense of stewardship and encourage sustainable use of coastal and ocean resources in Canada.
The final design should somehow combine an camera (e.g. SLR or video) and ocean component in one logo. More details below:
- camera should be simple (i.e. outline)
- ocean component (i.e. something that represents oceans in general). This could be an animal (e.g. whale, shark, turtle), boat, abstract waves or something else.
- festival name (i.e. Halifax Oceans Film Festival or HOFF)
