Logo Design Brief

We would like a logo for our new restaurant concept. ButterScotch
This will be an high end (local) bar restaurant with coffee and pastry bar. Also includes a live music venue upstairs. We do like the idea of having Butter stacked on top of Scotch. ButterScotch is a sweet confectionary how ever its also a play on the Butter used in food and Scotch in the bar.
