Do you want it to be just sketched or does it need to be vectored as well

I would assume that sketched should be ok, but it will need to be very high detail to allow for good transfer to shirt. 300dpi.

Would you like the Be Cool, Scooby-Doo character designs or do you favor the classic Scooby-Doo character designs?

I prefer the classic look, but I have no problems with new cool look. In the end the best design will win.
