Menu Design Brief
We are a Steak & Seafood restaurant (Great Adirondack Steak & Seafood Co.). We are located in Lake Placid, NY in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. We are a restaurant and award winning brewery. We are a rustic style restaurant with a dark wood decor and antique's adding to the atmosphere. Our beer selection is mostly Ales and some seasonal lagers. The website for better a idea is adirondackbrewing.com. I'm adding a .pub file with our current menus for sizing. They are set to legal document. Our specialty is slow roasted prime rib. We also have a lobster tank which we feature. Our menus have 4 standard legal size (front/back) and a half legal for our specials list.
Updates
Just an update on the menu, we will need the cover page, then the two inside slots would be the food pages and the welcome page/family outline page would go on the back. The drink menu will be placed into a different insert. We also don't need all the graphics we have on our old menu. They were just used as fillers in this menu.
