Logo Design Brief
My business
I am just beginning a new leadership development coaching and organizational development consulting practice. I will be pursuing both private and corporate
clients.
My philosophy on leadership
I use John Maxwell’s definition of leadership. “Leadership is influence. Nothing more nothing less.” I believe that everyone can be a leader under that definition.
I believe that leadership success begins with the individual. One’s view of oneself, of others, and of the environment in which one lives and works has everything to do with how well one leads in today’s world. Leadership is more than just a collection of skills, techniques, and competencies. It is about:
? Creating and following one’s dreams.
? Knowing and expressing one’s inherent talents.
? Accessing one’s inherent capacity to remain resilient
? Knowing and respecting the importance of one’s relationship to others.
The logo
I would like to use an image with my company name which is LeaderView
I like mistral as a font but I am open to ideas of how it might look better. Right now I have each word a different color. The only color I am not that fond of is a “true” red. Even black and white or grays would be fine. I need to be careful of printing costs so might need to stick to two colors. I want to use it on everything: business cards, e-mail, correspondence, brochures.
I have thought about using a picture of a person that shows different perspectives. I don’t want it too “soft” or too “corporate”. I would like the graphic to be memorable if possible. I like simple lines and design.

Sorry for the delay in my decision on a logo. I was out of the country last week. Thank you all for your patience. It was a difficult decision. Each design was attractive in one way or another. I really appreciated those of you who were willing to submit more than one design. Thank you for your hard work.
