Web Design Brief

We need a web design for a startup high tech software company based in Brazil called Rockt. We are known to build extremely fast softwares with high qualities for web and mobile (Android and iOS) applications.
We still don't have all the content to build the institutional web site, but we'd like to have the design already so we can change the content on demand later.
Basically we're requesting a home page and 3 templates of internal pages with spaces to videos and images.

The header and footer of IBM's web site's positions looks good for us (not the same style).

The first impression should be representing exactly what we are, fast and innovative company with high quality professionals.

Please consider the logos attached. We'd like to have a web site that combines with these logos. You can use either one (horizontal or vertical) depending on the place it is located.

Requirements

Must have

• HTML, CSS (responsive CSS is preferred) and images like buttons with no text inside, because the web site is going to have different languages so we can edit them easily.
  Like IBM, some link or combobox to change the language.

Nice to have

• Timer to change the main content of the home page (not flash).

Should not have

• Flash
