Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a Crossfit Training center (or crossfit box).
The commercial name of our box is Crossfit RX, unfortunately the web domain is crossfit-rx.com (please note the middle dash on it). So in our logo, we can expect to see the middle dash or avoid it as well. The tag line is "never give up" it can remain as well.
So the base colors that we are looking for is blue and black (maybe white too) , but if you suggest use add some others that's ok. Some info about the name, in crossfit "RX" refers to the most elite category you will find in Crossfit, so if you are a super crossfitter you belongs to RX category (just as idea of what we want communicate). I'm inlcuding the "logo" that we currently have so you can see that sucks and we want renovate it completely and redesign the box colors as well. Please don't hesitate to avoid using or original logo as reference, I would like a shiny blue instead the one in the original and have no problems to don't use the shield, plants etc. Feel free to use your imagination as needed.
