Flyer Design Brief

Looking for a nice template done in Adobe In Design for our customer price list. I have uploaded our current one but we would like this to be updated with these key elements:
1. Radiant Logo & address
2. Information 'box' with the key facts that are currently shown as bullet points
3. Clear tables that are easy to read - preferred colours red.

NOTE - we are looking for a nice template that is easy to add new rows for new products etc.
