We are looking to rebrand our clinic and need a new logo! In our work, we help people find balance, get out of pain, and find healing through meeting us half way, not expecting us to have all the answers. We use all the tools of Chinese medicine, including acupuncture, massage therapy, herbal medicine, qigong, and nutritional counseling. We are based in the Rocky Mountains in Leadville, Colorado, and we are hoping for a logo that will represent us, so that the public starts to recognize our business name and not just our personal names. We'd also like to increase our online presence and are in the process of building a website, starting a blog, using Facebook, and we hope to branch out to do more teaching to a wider audience.
It would be nice if the logo had our name in it, but perhaps a small portion of it by itself might also be recognizable.
We've attached a copy of our current business card for reference; the picture also hangs in our clinic.

Nice to have
- We'd considered using a version of the piƱon pine tree seen in the uploaded current business card photo, perhaps with mountains behind it or paths or something, eliciting the feeling of depth, wisdom, being a guide. Trees are used in a lot of designs and we don't want ours to look like a copy of someone else's! And we have no particular preference as to colors, but have been thinking blues and purples - but we are open!
Should not have
- Prefer not to rely on the typical acupuncture designs, i.e. yin-yang, needles, Chinese characters, etc, but they could be a subtle part.
