Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new photography venture. Most professional photographer's logos are basically a font or a combination of fonts. I am OK with a font or a simple logo design. It can't be too distracting if I need to watermark photos with it. I will use this logo on my business cards and all of my marketing materials, including the packaging for my photography products (prints, CD's, DVD's, etc.). For my marketing materials, I visualize a black background with silver print and accents of turquoise and/or fuchsia. I am also open to black font with accents of silver and turquoise or fuchsia.

Parents and grandparents who want a quality portrait of their family, children or grandchildren; I will also do headshots for social media

Requirements

Must have

• My logo should be elegant, yet simple at the same time. In certain instances, I will use it to watermark my photographs, such as for proofs, so I don't want it to distract from the portrait.

Nice to have

• While I don't want my photograph to be part of the logo, I want the logo to reflect who I am, as a person and a photographer. I am uploading photos of myself, so that you can see who I am. :-)

Should not have

• I don't want the logo to look like I designed it myself in MS Word.
