Sell It Short is a company designed to assist distressed homeowners liquidate their real properties for less than is owed on their mortgage. We help consumers through a stressful and difficult period of time by becoming their liaisons and advocates. We work with mortgage lenders to negotiate a reduced payoff amount that will satisfy all parties involved including the buyer, seller, and junior lien holders.

Requirements

Must have

• Small, simple, and elegant header. Must have a large photo under the header that fits within the screen, without having to scroll down to view the entire image. It should include a few simple words on the cover photo with a call to action, that does not cover the intended image or placed on the side. Under the large photo, we would like to have the ability to add additional content that can be a preview to other pages. This content would be viewed by scrolling down. We would like colors that work well with our logo. We are also requesting that the design be coded and fully developed in WordPress. Our current domain is purchased, sellitshort.com and will be hosted by GoDaddy.

Nice to have

• Example website: https://www.google.com/photos/about/?page=home or http://www.apple.com/ or https://www.uber.com/. We like to have the picture on the first page have some sort of action, such as zooming in to the picture.

Should not have

• Should not have too many variant colors. Should not feel too busy. No pop-ups.
