Logo Design Brief
I need a logo designed for my new film production company. I am a filmmaker with 12 years experience writing and directing short films and commercial content and have now become a company and as such need a new logo.
My company is called D2V Entertainment and the brand will be used as I take a large feature film project into development and production. I am looking for a logo that uses the letters D and V in the design. I am open to having creative use of 2xD's that perhaps create a V in the negative space, or else using the number 2 somewhere in the design...
In general I enjoy clean design. It would be great if this logo could be later used/formed into an animated logo (such as appears at the head of films).
I am partial to green, turquoise, and blues.
Thank you! :-)

Requirements
Nice to have
- Would like clean, classic, dark(er) look and feel.
- Interested also in seeing abstract logo elements that don't necessarily have the D, 2 and V in the logo... perhaps it's stronger just to emphasise the 2, or the V for example...
- I'm basically open to ideas and value your creativity. :-)
Should not have
- I'd like to avoid obvious 'cliche' elements such as 'film strips' or sprocket holes. These have unfortunately become cliches in terms of film related design. I don't mind subtle use of the idea of a frame. :-)
