Flyer Design Brief

I have a copy of our companies installation guide. I would like the same wording but a new modern design that will be in a format that I can update as needed and then I will put on our website in a PDF format that customers can print.

We are a hardwood decking company that specializes in Exotic hardwood decking from SE Asia. website www.kayu.com to see some gallery pictures or how our website is now setup.

no need to change the words but do want our check off list to look Modern and clean. I am not opposed to even having icons, etc. added, just not sure what to do to make it visually more appealing but same information.

I am also attaching our logo. the example that is attached has multiple color fonts in black, brown and green and this is not needed. something clean. I do like a Forest Green, like our address at the bottom of the attachment but open to ideas and suggestions.
