Logo Design Brief

Logo design required for the new sport fishing charter business that I am setting up in Costa Rica this year. I would like Jackpot Sport Fishing and Costa Rica to appear in the logo. I am open to creative design ideas, in my mind I had the idea of possibly using a fruit machine 'jackpot' in the design and perhaps images of a Sailfish or a Marlin or both in the design. These are types of fish, which you can find on google.
