Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new mental health provider staffing company based in Texas called Maestro Psychiatry, PLLC. Our logo will be shared throughout the medical community since our providers will staff and see patients at different locations. We would like to see the logo in a color (teal, royal blue, or purple is suggested). The logo should look great in black and white. If you want to do something with the letter "M" that's good; our company will be like a "Maestro" and directing the placement of other providers.
