Web Design Brief

Hi, we are looking at finding a good design for an auction website, only home page .. We will not be selling anything online, so the website will only be a portal where visitors can check about our company, upcoming auctions, online catalogues etc.
See attached our logo. Please use the same red that you see on the logo in the designs that you provide.
The final design should communicate high-end auction website, as we will be selling expensive piece of arts and antiques.
We should have a main frame where images of arts will circulate, with description of the art piece. just like on http://paris.boisgirard-antonini.com/
(but with a better design overall) and of course a menu with different tabs, like "about us", "previous sales" "next sales", "contact" , "how to buy", "meet our specialists".
