Logo Design Brief

In need of a logo design for a medical marijuana company based out of Portland Oregon called The Green House. We specialize in different types of clean marijuana products for patients of Oregon. We do organic gardening and farming. we love our patients, we love our job. We are patients ourselves so we thrive in providing the best medicine for our customers.
Im looking for a logo that is organic looking, something that flows. maybe something that has a little more going on than your average logo. A logo that would make a good shirt or sticker by itself.
We are a man and women owner and in this area of business its mostly a male dominated industry. So I'm looking for something that would attract a female patients eye as well as a males.
**im also looking for a moto or catch phrase. if you think of something- throw it in. :)

** ALSO im not opposed to something fun and with a psychedelic feel. think Jimi hendrix and janis joplin. the fonts on there artwork.
i havent decided which way im going to take this- so help me decide!

• i know when designing for a cannabis company people can get carried away with the use of cannabis leaves, Im not opposed to them but i am opposed to having to many of them. if using a cannabis leave maybe think about having it transition into something else not just a blunt leaf.
