Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo design for my real estate investing company. We buy and sell whole sale houses around the united states. Also do tax liens, and land sales.

Empire Property Investments is a company that buys and sells whole sale
homes to other investors. We also deal with tax liens, and land deeds and
fix and flip rehabs and rent them out.

My target market are high end cash buyers who pay all cash up front for
properties ranging from the low 100's to millions.

Design specific, I want it to seem 'large'. As for colors, I like black,
gray, blue, and red. Professional but the future of real estate investing.
