Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new solo Family Medicine Practice. My goal is to attract patients who value an active lifestyle as the best means of achieving and maintaining good health. My patients will be engaged, active participants in making decisions that will affect their health. My background in sports medicine will support this. My style of practice is one of a very personalized nature- I take the time to get to know my patients very well like the old small town doc of yore. The one that you can count on to be there when you need him, who makes house calls, and knows the whole family from great-grammy to the the new baby.

I want a logo that will engage patients emotionally. One that utilizes a graphic to represent active/sports lifestyle (cycling, running, climbing, arms raised victory salute references), but is also on the more understated/ classy side, particularly in the text in order to evoke a feeling of trust and stability.

Requirements

Must have

• The company name ,
• the doctors name SIMILAR SIZE TO THE COMPANY NAME PLEASE
• and at least one sport/athletic graphic element.
• Must work in Black and white also.

Nice to have

• Company name and Doctor's name on top of each other, separated by a thin line.
• Use of negative space to incorporate sport or medical imagery.
• A graphic element that could stand on its own some day, perhaps with ACH company initials incorporated.
• I like a deep green possibly (like British racing green).

Should not have

• Bright / fluorescent color.
• Those strange wispy runner shapes with the dot for a head that seem to be so prevalent these days.
• Not too abstract.
• not too modern
