Do I get that correctly?

Do you have your logo in acceptable format like .ai or .eps?

What are the label dimensions?

What text and elements should be placed in the label?

Label dimensions are 190mm wide x 89mm high.

I was thinking about other relevant information. Leave that for the moment. I prefer working on the big picture and then adding the bits and pieces to it. Hope that works for you
