Logo Design Brief

Beachside Holiday rentals


The business is a Holiday Rental Property Management Company. We manage holiday rental properties for owners of the properties. This involves booking the tenants, managing the calendar to ensure there are no double bookings. and then arranging all the necessary payments, setting up, cleaning, and general enquiries. We also take care of any issues that may arise while the properties are being rented. We are based in Dromana which is a lovely Bayside town on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, which is known for its beaches, boating, fishing and lovely hillside area where you can find some of the best wineries in Victoria.


I have something in mind but I am not able to create it into a logo. It looks like a small hummingbird made up of pastel colours ,flying (its wings are up) this is then semi bordered by what could represent a wave or a house. I have attached two examples of what could be adapted for the bird. Something in between these two/ One is too busy the other is too simple. Then with a swirl or something that could represent the house or wave. Anyway, that is why I have got you guys doing it. Good luck.

Target Market(s)

I really like the idea of a hummingbird somewhere in the design as this is the name of the Business. Hummingbird Holiday rentals. This could be pixalated ( if that is a word ) into subdued pastel colours with a turquoise and yellow dominant colours.
