Actually yes you are on the right track - I put some comments on it - would do the "smoke" in a light blue to offset it from the Turkey and see if you can make the Turkey a little less busy. It would be very hard to recreate that even though it looks pretty simple right now. Need a lot less strokes. Google "chicken in neon" and see some examples of chicken in neon
