Logo Design Brief

CHECK OUT FILE 15 THAT I UPLOADED. IT IS MY FAVORITE! My company owns apartment complexes and rental properties as well as we rehabs and fixes up houses. I want my logo to be simple but yet classy. I would like to try some options with cursive writing and others with very simple plain font. My 3 color choices are Red Black Green and blue. I really like just red and black together the most. I would only like to use color and don't mix them. But I would like to see the logo in the 3 different colors I listed. I will upload some pictures of ideas I have. Keep it simple and classy. I have in mind just an oak tree logo. But I am open to ideas with a house or sleek roof design as well. P.S. I also love a Crest design. It shows heritage and is very classy. I would be open to a crest design as well. See file 16-17
