Wordpress Design Brief

We need a design for a company that focuses on Data Driven Marketing Technology Solutions. We have an existing web site (www.bouldermartech.com) that needs to be totally replaced. I want to keep certain elements of the site layout (e.g. menus, menu bar email signup), but I don't like the content in the sliders (sliders are not a requirement). I want to keep the blog, but again want a more professional looking presentation for the blog. I also want to add my twitter feed to the home page. I also want to create a professional pages that better articulates what we do from a services perspective. Web site should use colors from the attached logo although I'm open to a different color palate. Web site should communicate a data and technology focus on marketing and customer engagement. From a design perspective I want this to be extensible (e.g. standard WP plugins) and I really want a clean, simple, well performing CSS scheme. I think we are talking about 4 pages here. The pages would include a home page, a services pages (see attached), an About Me page, and a landing pages for email subscriptions.
