Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new company called ToWIN Innovative Project Management (in portuguese: "ToWIN Gestão de Projetos Inovadores")

The TOWIN name came from some references, such as:
1 - Innovation helping the business: "to win"
2 - The "IN" in the end refers to INnovation
3 - The phonetic looks like twin, which refers to twins (I just had baby twins)
4 - "TOW IN" is a surf style where a jet ski helps the surfer to get on the wave ("metaphorically", the company would be a player helping its customers to innovate, to achieve their goal.

The logo may be just the stylized name or a logo plus name.

The Important is the innovation being the main theme.
