Logo Design Brief

Need a clear, "arty" and professional logo for new business "I LOVE REDHEAD". I have attached files how it should NOT look like, and some of our own ideas. Basically, Redhead has a Shark Tower that could be in the logo, we have a beautiful 9 Mile Beach, lots of Sand and Waves.
The logo will be on T-Shirts, caps, all our panoramic photos, and other merchandise products. It needs to be elegant and reduced, so that it is easily recognisable. Please not red heart as in other "I Love" logos, this is too naive and boring.
For the logo text, the Name "I LOVE REDHEAD" should be in there, but you can play with the typo and replace letters etc. I like a clear, modern and reduced typo.
