Logo Design Brief
A new boutique hotel opening late 2016. Two names have been registered:
Mrs Banks Hotel
Mrs Banks Boutique Hotel
It is situated close to the City of Sydney, Australia as well as being quite close to famous Bondi Beach. The feel of the design should convey a contemporary, fun yet elegant feel. The building was previously a bank, established in the very early 1900s. The building is being re-adapted to provide upmarket traveller/tourist accommodation with full reception and in house cafe. As the building has a heritage listed facade, the Art Deco brick facade will be retained.

Reason: Still undecided about design to accept. Many of the designs were similar and some of them were multiples of the first one submitted! Would like less conservative look.
