Business Card Design Brief

We need a business card design for our company. The concept that we came up with is a business card in a shape of an ear. The company deals with hearing aids and hearing tests. The card will be cut in an actual ear shape and on one side we would need to have the company logo, contact information. Back Side: Date & Time for the appointment and locations with check marks to indicate which location they are making appointment for.
