Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new business i am starting that will provide Radical business solutions for struggling businesses of all size but with focus on "mom & pops" that can't afford a multinational consulting firm. The design should attract those small business owners to my site showing a new age theme versus the old guard type business consulting. I also will have a different fee approach using a results based schedule versus a simple fee approach. Its my way of trying to give back.
