Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new real estate company called Ashton Bennett Realty. We sell homes and land. The final design should communicate a professional appearance and we would like to see a logo similar to the file attached. We do not wish to copy the attached logo. What we have in mind is the roof of the home above the name and a straight line reflecting the bottom of the home below the name.
