Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo for an IT Project Management company called Spectral Solutions that is based out of New Zealand. We provide project, programme and portfolio management consultancy services as well as a software toolset to help organisations manage their project portfolios. The logo I am looking for would be used within the software solution which we are building in house as well as on our website (Yet to be developed). The colour themes that I am using at present are primarily blue, grey and white. Primarily using pastel colours within the system where we need colour variation (I.e. in charts, tables etc.). I need a logo that outlines the full name (Spectral Solutions) but also a logo that I can use as an icon (Kind of like the micosoft 4-box logo). I have attached a file that shows the main home screen of the system. This will give an idea of the colour pallet that is used.

Target Market(s)

We have a small to medium size enterprise offering. Also a retail offering for budding project professionals that want to get their hands on some project software (I.e. independent contracting etc.)
