Logo Design Brief

We have a corporate logo but would like a "seal" to go with it for various portions of our website and for printed materials (like government proposals). This seal needs to contain key phrases that we use to describe our company, our culture and our work ethic.
We played around with several shapes like circles or octagons, but we just don't have any creative/marketing folks on our team. Our corporate tag line is "Our people make us who we are" so we want to have that in there somewhere.
