T-shirt Design Brief

We require a vibrant school children's t-shirt design of a litter bug comic. We are a housing company (tenancy support program) in remote indigenous communities of Western Australia. We are looking for a similar logo to the one attached, for a community clean up campaign for school kids in remote Australian regions.
