Project says Job Type Web Design (Uncoded - PSD layout only)

The current budget suffices for 2-3 pages psd design only - not full site designed or css coded backend or ecommece integrated for this low budget

Correct. I only need 3 pages (more or less depending on design) uncoded (PSD layout only), as I will be submitted the winning designs to get coded as a Wordpress site through another organization.
