Logo Design Brief

Starting a new plumbing company, name; Sutherland Plumbing

My target demographic is residential home owners and small business owners in need of "service" and repair. My selling point is attention to detail, pride in trade, craftsmanship, quality and exceeding expectations in the area of customer service.

I have an idea of what I would like to see, stack the word Sutherland on top of the word Plumbing and align the two L's

The handle of a toilet plunger acts as the L. Hope that makes sense? (see image upload)

I'm excited to see variations of that, most important to me is a logo that is easy to read, sharp and crisp. I don't think I want to see an image of an actual plunger probably something more like a cartoon or drawing. By the way I'm thinking blue as the base color but that's just because blue is my favorite color, doesn't mean that's what catches people eyes or makes it recognizable or rememberable. Heck..... That's just one idea I had perhaps someone thinks of something way cooler?!
