Brochure Design Brief

We're a residential real estate team, offering a complimentary rental program (moving, household, and party supplies). I'd like a brochure we can use to give the details of the program to our clients. Our team name is the Orlando Property Group. I'd like a design that uses our company colors of red, along with black and/or gray accents. The design should convey that we're offering an innovative program not offered by others, as a way to give back to our clients.

Requirements

Must have

• The brochure must have photos of some of the items available for rent. (Popcorn Machine, Margarita Machine, Moving Van, Power Tools, etc) You can find some of these at www.kwclassicrentals.com. It should be a trifold brochure, yet does not need to have 3 separate panels on the inside. It must include our company logo which I've uploaded, as well as carry our corporate identity which can be seen at the following website, which is the template for our website re-design. http://chrismyers.retomato.es/
  
  I've included in the attachments, a brochure with text. I'd like the text highlighted in yellow to be incorporated. It must be editable for slight edits to be made.
  I've also attached a photo of a man giving out cotton candy. These are the types of photos I'd love to be included.
  I've also attached the photo which is the one from the website header mentioned above.
  
  Lastly, I'd like an image of a typical real estate moving van, with our logo on the side, so it looks like a photo of our truck. I don't want our actual truck image, as it is more generic to just Keller Williams and not our team.
