Logo Design Brief

Victoria Tower is the name of the office building that needs a logo. The office building leases space to small and large companies from a variety of industries. The building is located in Victoria, Texas, which is a smaller city (population 65,000). The building is one of the nicest in which to lease office space. Victoria Tower is a six story, 105,000 square foot Class “A” office building (very nice). Architecturally, the building has an atrium design with glass elevators and a water fountain feature, complimented with a massive skylight over the main lobby and excellent views.

The building has high speed fiber and bandwidth, conference facilities with video conference capabilities and a full kitchen, a workout facility, a recreation room, a café on the ground floor, a break room with vending machines, a corporate apartment, and on-site management and maintenance.

The building has never had a logo. A new website is being started. Attached is a picture of a mock-up of the home page. The cursive letters in the mock-up will not be used. Pictures of the building are also attached.
