We are going to open a self service yogurt with toppings shop that will also sell higher end desserts such as cookies, cakes, candies, muffins. We will also rotate these desserts based on the seasons. We will have an outdoor seating patio as well as indoor seating.
Our shop will be anchored next to a gas station on a very busy road where people have to pass by to go to work, the interstate, or to a million square foot out door mall where there are multiple other shopping centers & big box stores.
We are in the vicinity of over 2500 higher end homes where people have to pass. These homes are in the price range of $400,000 to 1 million+. We are right across the street from a middle school with 1500+ students and next to an elementary school with over a thousand kids. There are also 4 more elementary schools, another middle school and a high school w/in 3 miles & many soccer fields where the majority of those people will pass us. We basically are on the residential side of a bridge where when you cross it you end up on the mall/ shopping area & big box stores & strip mall side of the road. On our side before the mall area this is only a cleaners, gas station & our shop then the neighborhoods.It is very hectic driving, parking, in the shopping side.
Our target market will be kids, teens, to adults but should be more friendly/ driven towards women, there a lot of women who stay at home with the kids. Our market includes people who are very focused on trendy fashions, communication, and socializing.
We want it to be a fun place to visit, or grab a quick treat on the way to work, before school or after school or to sit for a while.

- We are looking for a logo with our name "Twisted" in larger letters with "Frozen Yogurt & Desserts" in smaller letters The logo will have to catch the attention of people passing by, be fun, cool, new, be colorful, with a higher end healthy feel with some class. Maybe with the colors of orange, blue, & yellow. But the colors don't have to be those. Based on the logo design we will then design the interior of the shop with the same colors & logo for a theme.
Our target market will be kids, teens, to adults but should be more friendly/ driven towards women & children our crowd is up to date on fashions, communication, and socializing.
