They are the same. The application will be a web application. Something like basecamp, where you go to the site, register, pay and use. So its only one site...

The only thing that exists its the application it self.
What we need to create a homepage and then adapt the software to this new look and feel.
Its a intranet application that many our clients use, but since its a web application, we want to bring it to the Web.
The application is document management system and it will have 4 packages(diff on number of users vs space).
In a first phase you can choose only to produce a homepage or application layout and after our positive feedback, the rest.
