Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my IT business. The business is based in Rugby in the UK. I have decided that the business name in itself should drive people to the website (yet to be designed I need a logo first), the business is called SupportPro.co.uk. I am an independant IT engineer I do the more technically focused projects such as servers, infrastructure and networking for business customers and I want to concentrate on the local, personal touch I can bring. I would like a clever, professional design which incorporates negative space - however you guys are the experts and perhaps there are better options than negative space?
