When you say, "Must be compatible with the attached logo", do you mean the owl?

Yes, and the text - we have to be able to have them on the same letterhead without it looking silly, but we actually don't like the owl that much!

Does the logo have to have the full owl? Would only the head and a stethoscope suffice?

You don't need to include the owl in your design - the colours and fonts used in your design just have to look OK NEXT to the existing logo - i.e. the owl.
