Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for a new business venture. This design will be used as a company logo for stationary, website and business cards. It may, someday, also be used for merchandise. The business name is Kmet Consulting and we will be consulting on Human Resources issues - IE developing corporate policies and procedures, handbooks, conducting internal investigations and handling employee issues for small to medium sized companies.
