Logo Design Brief

We are community pharmacy that provide specialty, immunizations, Med center and compounding. We are looking for a design that will reflect our services and pops out to our patients. We are uploading a sketch of logo that we thought might cover everything we are looking for. We are looking to have healthcare plus sign as center focus with black text, encapsulated within a background that give it a pop up effect. The color scheme has to be easy on the eyes. The background should include the 4 things listed before. This logo will be universal for our business, and therefore we will use it for all of our business marketing, so it has to looks appealing in all sizes. We want to have a unique logo and are open to you expert advise.
