Banner Ad Design Brief

I'm having a new website designed. And I have the need for lots of graphics.
Ultimately, I will need 3 graphics created for our home page. But I'd like to start with ONE that will compel people to subscribe to our newsletter.

It's a B2B site, so it needs to be business-like. On the other-hand, I want it to have an emotional connection (in other words, no std business people silhouettes). The banner should have some text that describes the fact that 30,000 sales professionals subscribe to our weekly newsletter (the message is: you will be in good company). So why not take the plunge.
