Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my Pet Sitting Service. I just started my company (Waggin on Over) here in South Carolina. My slogan: "Love, care and a little wagging go a long way." My services include: Dogs, Cats, Fish and Birds (mainly dogs). I would like the logo to be fun, creative and different than the usual paw prints. I would like the overall design to be like a neon sign: the tube effect, the glow and the neon colors would be awesome. The colors could be: Green, turquoise, blue,or red. Could you add the Pet Sitting Service to it as well as the Waggin on Over?
