Logo Design Brief

I have attached two images.

The first image EG.ai I would like modified so that it is more visible from a distance by adding a big shadow. Please change the existing tree and text to black and make the shadow in "Pantone 357 C".

I would like the drop shadow to look something like the attached file oldlogo.jpg (but nicer).

The resulting file must be a vector file so that it can be enlarged to a very big size and not pixelate.
