Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Vancouver, BC called 'Telegraph Properties'. We are a family based and run business that develops properties for custom homes in the lower mainland area. Our initial project includes a 40 acre parcel in the Fort Langley area of BC. We would like to see a logo that uses blue tones. We prefer a clean and sharp look. We would like the logo to include a picture of rolling hills or mountains, or something that represents BC's beautiful landscape.
